Q: What time does Dark Palace start and end each day?

A: Dark Palace takes place the following times:

• Fri Nov 22 7:30PM – 2AM

• Sat Nov 23 7:30PM – 2AM

• Sun Nov 24 7PM – 1AM

Q: Can I come and go anytime?

A: You can come anytime after the doors open. Re-entry is forbidden.

Q: How many stages does Dark Palace have?

A: Two.

Q: How old do I have to be to enter?

A: 18+.

Q: Will alcohol be sold on-site?

A: Yes.

Q: What’s an acceptable form of identification?

A:  The following are acceptable forms of ID:

• Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth

• US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth

• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

Q: What’s your refund policy?

A: No refunds allowed.

Q: Are rave whistles classy?

A: Depends on the timing.

Q: What’s the venue for Dark Palace?

Q: What’s the camera policy?

A:  Non-professional, non-commercial personal photography is permitted. Photography on the dancefloor is discouraged. No cameras with interchangeable lens are permitted inside the venue.

Q: I bought my tickets from another site besides the official ticket link. Is that legit?

A: Probably not. If Meow Wolf’s ticketing site links to another site, that site is legitimate. Otherwise, the ticket is illegitimate. Illegitimate tickets will not be accepted at the door.

Q: Is the venue ADA accessible?

A: Yes.

Q: Can I step outside to have a smoke?

A: Yes, Dark Palace will have an outdoor area for a smoke or breath of fresh air.

Q: Will there be live animals?

A: Of the human variety certainly.

Q: Will there be food?

A: Yes.

Q: Will there be vegan and vegetarian options?

A: Yes.

Q: Will there be a coat check?

A: Yes, there is a limited first-come, first-serve paid coat check.

Q: Is this a western or a rave?

A: Depends on how you party.

Q: What can’t I bring?

A: The following items are forbidden:

• Illegal drugs and paraphernalia

• Outside water bottles that have liquid in them

• Metal water bottles

• Laser pointers

• Large purses, bags, backpacks

• Outside food and beverages

• Pets

• Weapons

Q: What should I bring?

A: Some suggestions:

• Reusable plastic water bottle or camelbak, empty upon entry

• An open mind

• Comfortable shoes

Q: Are Rave Beacons or Flow toys allowed?

A: Yes

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes, there is a paid parking lot adjacent.

Q: Is there a smoking area?

A: Yes

Dark Palace Safe Space Policy:

We want our experience to feel welcoming, inclusive, and physically safe.

Everyone is Welcome / Harassment is Forbidden:

Dark Palace must be a safe and welcoming place for everybody, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion.

We do not tolerate harassment of attendees, venue staff, or event organizers in any form.

If anyone engages in harassment, we retain the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to keep Dark Palace a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment for all participants. This includes expelling the offender from the event with no refund.

If you experience or witness harassment, or if someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it to Dark Palace staff or security as soon as possible.

Unacceptable Behaviors:

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
  • Inappropriate physical contact.
  • Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion.

Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behavior will be expected to comply immediately. Intoxication is not an excuse.

Getting Help:

If you observe someone violating one of our policies, please speak to event staff or security as soon as you can. We will address the issue immediately.

If you don’t feel confident coming to speak to us directly, please send us a DM on our Twitter (@MeowWolf) or Instagram (@Meow_Wolf); we will keep these messages confidential and monitor these throughout the event. Anything you tell us will be in confidence. If there’s something you want to bring to our attention after the event you can email us at [email protected].

We will be happy to help you contact security, law enforcement, support services, or provide other assistance to make you feel safe for the duration of the event.

Neither Meow Wolf nor our contractors are exempt from this policy, so if there’s anything that makes you feel uncomfortable, please let us know: we will listen and act on it.
