This Privacy Policy covers Meow Wolf owned and operated websites and mobile applications (collectively “Sites”), and any other services offered by Meow Wolf, including exhibitions, entertainment services, motion pictures and animations, consumer products and interactive services (“Services”). Meow Wolf refers to Meow Wolf, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Meow Wolf provides its Sites and Services to create an enjoyable experience for customers located in the United States. By using our Sites or Services, or by providing your Personal Information with Meow Wolf, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information will be governed by United States law may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information (as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”)) from children under the age of 13 in connection with our Sites or Services without verifiable parent or guardian consent. The security of your use of a Meow Wolf Site also depends on your protection of your mobile device and login credentials. You may safely provide requested credentials only through official Meow Wolf Sites or mobile applications.

You have the right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information, or the sharing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising purposes. As noted above, we engage in personalized and targeted advertising through the use of third-party cookies and pixels.
