More
We open portals of possibility, for individuals, our artists and employees, and society as a whole. We try to live these values every day as the first Certified B Corp and Benefit Corporation in the themed entertainment industry.
Since our beginning as an art collective, we’ve always believed that community is the cornerstone of connection, where individuals come together to support, co-create, and inspire one another.
We focus our community engagement on arts and culture events sponsorships, by providing access to our exhibitions for nonprofit organizations and youth groups from under-served communities, paid internships for local college students, our robust Artist Collaboration program, showing up as volunteers, policy advocacy on the issues our employees care about, and through our community programming in our Learning Centers.

Since our early days dumpster diving and making art installations from found and recycled materials, environmental sustainability has long been core to our identity at Meow Wolf. To this day, our commitment to responsible stewardship of our planet’s precious resources shows up in many parts of our work.
This includes everything from re-used materials in our exhibitions, trash fashion shows, public art using discarded plastics, sculpture using e-waste, and more. We’re working to reduce our carbon emissions, use more sustainable products in our art and construction, reduce our waste, and continue volunteering for organizations in support of climate justice, food security, and more.
We aspire to create places where people feel valued, respected, and included. This encompasses all aspects of our creative process from ideation, fabrication, to installation and to every human being who chooses to work for and visit a Meow Wolf exhibition.
We are committed to making our spaces more accessible - from language pins and services to becoming Certified Autism Centers, to our partnership with Aira that connects our guests who are blind or low vision with live visual interpretation at all our exhibitions.
Our Shrimps (A.K.A. Meow Wolf employees) bring wonder and magic to our experiences by emanating their creative spirits. We employ professionals across all disciplines, including those in creative, operations, corporate, tech, and beyond, and we continuously benchmark against industry best practices. We pride ourselves in having a unique creative culture and values that support innovative community-focused art and social projects.
Our employee benefits and programs provide a network of resources, from mental health services to financial assistance, nurturing employee well-being and fostering a culture of empathy and support. By investing in the holistic welfare of our workforce, our hope is to cultivate compassion and prosperity ensuring our mutual growth and success.
