Episode 5: The Ever-Rising Gyre

A radio producer is walking down an enormous spiral staircase in a city while introducing a show.
The radio dj is speaking into a recording device while standing in front of a huge apartment complex.
While standing in the center of a giant circular high rise apartment complex the radio dj announces it is the last episode.
Drumsticks are falling down a maze of staircases in a post-apocalyptic industrialized cityscape.
The falling drumsticks hit an alien creature wearing pink glasses and hair curlers.
The radio dj continues walking through the maze of staircases which are now multi-colored.
The dj goes to the apartment of the alien creature and apologizes for dropping the drumsticks.
The alien creature lectures the radio dj while walking through the apartment and outside to a garden.
Back inside a pot of soup is on the stove and the alien asks the radio dj to get an ingredient from the community garden.
The dj producer runs down the staircase and has a flashback of another person he tried to help who got lost in the tave.
The community garden is an indoor room filled with many plants in containers but the radio dj is plagued by bad memories that take the shape of creatures outside the door.
The radio dj returns with a vegetable to the alien's house.
The alien cooks a soup for the radio dj, whose eye light up with stars after tasting it.
The radio dj leaves the alien's apartment, going back out into the city.
