Group tickets are available for purchase with a minimum requirement of 25 guests. An entry time slot will be selected at the time of booking. Each designated time slot can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Tickets range in pricing, based on availability and seasonality. Additional special pricing for groups is dependent on timing and total number of guests.
Group bookings are only available on weekdays, during regular exhibition hours, which vary. No weekend group bookings will be accommodated.
One adult chaperone over the age of 18 is required for every five children (13 and younger) in your group.
Group tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reschedulable within 30 days of the visit. Payment is due, in full, at that time.
Tickets requested in addition to the initial order, and with less than 30 days notice, will be accommodated based on availability.
All parties must be present for admission, as the entire group will enter the building together with 1 group QR code. No re-entry.
Meow Wolf Denver’s onsite private event options are generally geared towards groups between 50-450.
Full building buyouts, which include exclusive access to the exhibition with capacity for 1,500 Earthers, are available upon request. Full building buyouts must be booked at least 90 days in advance.

All private events with catering services are required to use vendors from Convergence Station’s preferred caterers list. Additional event partner recommendations are available upon request. All beverage service will be provided by Meow Wolf Denver. No outside food or beverage will be permitted.

We only book field trips Monday-Thursday.
One chaperone over 18 is required for every 5 children (14 and younger) in your group.
One chaperone over 18 is required for every 10 children (ages 15-17) in your group.
Field trip booking hours take place during regular exhibition hours, which vary. The last time slot offered for field trips is 3 pm.
Booking and payment is required to be made a minimum of 30 days in advance. Field trip reservations are first come, first served, and based on seasonal availability. We may not be able to accommodate your preferred date and/or time.
Each field trip requires a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 100 people including chaperones.
