Accessibility

All are welcome at Meow Wolf. We offer a variety of supportive services and accessibility options when you visit Meow Wolf's Omega Mart in Las Vegas.

Our projects are intended for all visitors to enjoy through cross-ability play and exploration. Due to the nature of exploration and nonlinear storytelling, each participant — regardless of ability — will have a different experience in our spaces.

Accessible Parking & Entry

Thirty designated accessible parking spots are available at AREA15's parking for participants with a valid parking permit.

If you require seating or other assistance while waiting in the check-in line please ask anyone wearing a staff badge to speak to a Manager on Duty when you arrive. Currently, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, or any other mobility aids are not provided.

Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart is the anchor tenant inside of AREA15, but Meow Wolf doesn’t own AREA15 or vice versa. For more information about AREA15 outside of Omega Mart, see the AREA15 website.

Wheelchair & Mobility Devices

At Meow Wolf Las Vegas, our entrance, restrooms, and exhibition are accessible and navigable by wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or crutches. Area15 public areas are also accessible, but individual AREA15 attractions' accessibility may vary.

Some areas on the exhibition’s floors may require additional navigational guidance from our staff, who are always available to help our participants have a great experience. In most cases, there are multiple ways to enter an area on the first floor, so don’t be deterred if one path is inaccessible. This may lead you to the discovery of a new route! Keep exploring!

Blind & Low Vision

Our experiences can be enjoyed through a variety of senses. All participants, regardless of sight, are encouraged to explore our exhibition.

Service animals are welcome. Please see below.

Please be aware that our exhibit features a number of steps up and down, as well as a variety of flooring textures that may restrict mobility. Explore with caution!

Deaf & Hard of Hearing

All videos featured in our exhibition can be found on kiosks located throughout the space. Closed captioning may be turned on for some stored videos.

We encourage participants who require hearing assistance to contact a Meow Wolf team member for available accommodations.

Restroom Accessibility

Meow Wolf Las Vegas has a variety of accessible restroom options for our participants. We provide:

  • A Women’s restroom with a changing table and accessible stall at the southeast of space, first floor, across from the floral department.
  • A Men’s restroom with a changing table and accessible stall at the southeast of space, first floor, across from the floral department.
  • Two All-Gender, accessible restrooms at the southeast of the space, second floor.
  • A Women’s restroom with a changing table and accessible stalls at the southeast of the space, second floor, across from the break room.
  • A Men’s restroom with a changing table and accessible stalls at the southeast of the space, second floor, across from the break room.
  • Additional restrooms are located throughout AREA15.
Breastfeeding & Bottle Feeding

We allow breastfeeding and bottle feeding inside the exhibit wherever you are comfortable doing so. For more information, please email [email protected]

Light & Noise Sensitivity

Meow Wolf Las Vegas’s Omega Mart brings together art and technology through a unique, immersive storytelling experience! We understand that this may be overwhelming for some guests, and we strive to provide a balance of environments for all participants to experience.

Omega Mart features: dark spaces, low lighting, low overhangs, tight spaces, crawl spaces, narrow walkways, steep stairways, flashing/strobe lights, theatrical fog effects, music, some loud noises, and exposed materials. The exhibit may be crowded with visitors during peak visitation and holiday times. Consider visiting on a weekday or during afternoons/evenings for the possibility of a smaller crowd. For participant safety, all strobe lights are located behind marked doors.  However, there are flashing lights throughout the exhibition.

There are several spaces or rooms throughout the exhibition that are designed for a more minimal sensory experience, and therefore might offer a respite for participants seeking a quiet space. If you are concerned about light and noise sensitivity, we encourage you to explore and discover these quiet spaces. You may also want to consider visiting Meow Wolf Las Vegas during the aforementioned, non-peak times.

Please refer to our Terms of Use for additional information.

Sensory Bags
Meow Wolf Las Vegas provides Sensory Bags for participants who may have a sensitivity to certain aspects of our experience.

Sensory Bags are free for participants to check out. They contain items such as sunglasses, fidget toys, and noise-canceling headphones. Please ask for assistance in checking out a Sensory Bag at the Guest Services upon arrival or anytime during your visit.

Service Animals

For the health and safety of our participants, we have a "no pets" policy, which applies to:

  • Pets
  • Emotional Support Animals
  • Comfort Animals
  • Therapy Animals

Service animals that are trained to assist an individual, in accordance with the ADA guidelines, are permitted inside Omega Mart

  • Service animals are individually trained to perform work or tasks for people with disabilities.
  • Service animals are required to be leashed or harnessed except when performing work or tasks where such tethering would interfere with the animal’s ability to perform the work or tasks.
  • The Department of Justice has stated that emotional support animals are NOT protected as service animals under ADA regulations.
  • If a particular service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if it is not housebroken, that animal may be asked to leave the building.

Should you arrive at Meow Wolf Las Vegas with a pet that is not a Working Service Animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our facility. For the safety of all animals, we do not allow animals to be kept in any car on the premises, nor left unattended at our premises, at any time.
