The Top 10 Instagrammed Rooms at Meow Wolf Santa Fe

Though we at Meow Wolf love all of our room babies the same, we’ve found that the following rooms keep showing up on y’all’s Instagram feeds and stories. Behold, the Top 10 Instagrammed Rooms at Meow Wolf Santa Fe.

People of all ages come to Meow Wolf Santa Fe’s House of Eternal Return for the immersive experience, the mind-bending interactive art, and — sometimes, yes — they do it for the ‘gram. No matter what sparked your interest in participating in our collaborative wonderland, we admit that it’s next to impossible to avoid sharing a pic or 12 with the world.

While some new additions, like Paolo Puck’s “Sarah,” haven’t received the benefit of countless visitors in 2020, pretty much every nook and cranny of our exhibit has its fervent supporters on social media. And though we at Meow Wolf love all of our room babies the same, we’ve found that the following rooms keep showing up on y’all’s Instagram feeds and stories.

Behold, the Top 10 Instagrammed Rooms at Meow Wolf Santa Fe:

Pip & Pop @pipnpop

Sparkly rocks, hidden creatures, and iridescent fringe can be found in the space created by Australian artist Pip & Pop. This candyland is inspired by fictional “Lands of Plenty,” like the witch’s house from “Hansel and Gretel.”

Dave’s Alley @enochispa

Named for artist David McPherson, “Dave’s Alley” is the cereal-lined bazaar you never knew was missing from your travels. Come for the unusual glass display cases, stay for the Reggie Watts.

The Forest

Our own creative director and co-founded, Caity Kennedy, says it best: The Forest is “the place your 5-year-old self would want to live in and never leave.” It’s one of our most collaborative spaces, and it shows...and feels...and sounds.

Gloquarium

With branches forming a kind of neon, under-the-sea Soul Train Line, who are you to resist the call of the Gloquarium? Next time you’re there, say “hello” to the scuba diver for us.

The Robot @ckristow

Everyone’s favorite parking lot attendant, Christian Ristow’s iconic “Becoming Human” robot sculpture has been welcoming visitors to Meow Wolf Santa Fe from the beginning.

Hidden Capsule @futurefantasydelight

The maximalist, black-marker-illustrated room called “Hidden Capsule” was created by New Mexican artist Nico Salazar, who is better known by his brand, Future Fantasy Delight.

Fancy Town

You might know it as Meow Wolf’s event venue, but whether you’ve been to Fancy Town for a show or gazed upon it from the lighthouse while exploring House of Eternal Return, you’ve probably imagined yourself as its mayor.

The Dryer

Slide, slide, slippity slide. The Dryer is where Lost Socks are born, memories are made, and participants embark on the world’s spoopiest fantastic voyage.

Infinity Spa by Abbey Luck

A mirrored room hidden inside an antique ice box. Visitors can sit on sauna-inspired benches and use a controller to choose LED programs, which are reflected into infinity.

Squirr-el

A diamond of light. Most certainly not named after a famous artist we know...nope not at all.

There you have it! Keep on a-grammin’ and we’ll keep on artin’!
