My sea angels, my nudibranchs, and all my sweet crustaceans, I have been swept back into the tide pool with wisdom and heart and a small bag of plankton as snacks for my journey. A benevolent mysterious hand has reached into the chilly spring sea water and handed me, as always, the tiniest laptop and a series of questions that I have been told I am the foremost authority on. So here I am, in this tiny lovely tide pool, hoping to imbue your life with a little more ease as we float in the flotsam and jetsam of this universe together.

You have to start with a good chill playlist, I personally recommend a little Al Green or Ann Peebles or Bobby Coltrane, something beautiful and versatile that works at a low level. You light some candles, you make sure it is not between the hours of about 6 am - 8am OR 5 pm - 7 pm, when your neighbors are going to work or getting home and using up the hot water in the building. I like to do a little prewash treatment for my cilia before getting in the tub. And when I say the tub, I do mean the Indian Ocean that surrounds the Maldives. By the time I reach it from my undisclosed location, I’ll be ready to shampoo. It is the warmest ocean and the absolute best way to take a bath for all aquatic creatures.
