Tuning in now, hi! I’m Wavelynn, the keytarist for this radical band Lil’ Bigg Miss Fitts. We’ve been hitting the festival circuit all summer and our final stops are at the Flickerwerm Migration, or Wermbloom in Denver and Las Vegas! Since I’m a real hobbyist for these guys, I thought I’d give you the down-low on what’s going on with the migration, who’s migrating, and what’s going on in general.

But first, allow me to introduce…

LIL’ BIGG MISS FITTS!

We decided this summer that we wanted to do something fun, something cool, and something weird and I think this is the perfect opportunity.

You may be wondering, “What is the Wermbloom? What happens? Who will I see? What? Huh?” Let’s start with the big players:

FLICKERWERMZ

‍

These weird little dudes hop portals somehow??? They travel with other little homies, just bopping around, glowing, chilling. Once I got a little werm goop on me and then I won a $50 scratcher. Coincidence? Maybe. They are definitely migrating somewhere. Back home to Mama????? Are they like salmon??????? George thinks they’re fireflies but we think they’re airborne aquatic critters. We’ve got lots to learn on this trip!

KEEPERS

These lil weirdos don’t talk much! They don’t dig the crowds but they love to watch ‘em. They tend to appear right before the wermz. Do they help??? Why do they appear before the W-bloomz? I tossed one a corn chip, and it showed its pals. They all took turns holding it and the original guy pocketed it. Super mysterious. 

These two guys are integral to making a Wermbloom, but they’re not the only part. The Wermbloom is a mass party event – the Flickerwermz love to travel to locations where lots of people are having a good time! 

That’s what the festival is all about: having fun with your old friends and new friends and loved ones and kids and moms and dads and acquaintances and maybe a cool coworker, even – all at a dance party, a fun show, or a big festival solely dedicated to showing the FWz a fun dance time! 

We’re gonna bring the party with us, and you’re totally invited! See you this summer. <3
